Getting Older is a one year course for Native Speakers who can read more advanced texts, have mastered the more complicated writing rules and write short stories. This book is divided into four parts according to language skills.
The teacher should feel free to plan lessons combining a page or two from the phonics section, with a page or two from the other language skills.
While each section has been created in the order we feel it should be taught, there is no need to work through the whole book in a linear fashion. The course includes a Workbook and a game that coincide with the material from the book Our job as teachers is to make the whole learning experience easy and fun.
