Young Readers is a one year course for Native Speakers that have grasped or are still learning the ABC and can read and write very simple short texts. This book is divided into four parts according to language skills.
The teacher should feel free to plan lessons combining a page or two from the phonics section, with a page or two from the other language skills.
While each section has been created in the order we feel it should be taught, there is no need work through the whole book in a linear fashion. The course includes a Workbook, 6 games that coincide with the material from the book Our job as teachers is to make the whole learning experience easy and fun.
